RELIGION

I’ve got a problem now

You made it mine by showing me your weakness

I assumed that you were stronger

It’s not the grey that holds us back

Just the lie that we’re inferior

I assumed that we were family

So I just thought I’d mention

Try to ease a little tension

That the bed I lie in was made by you

That this band of brothers will make it through

If loving you means hating you

Then I refuse

I won’t imagine pain cause it walks beside me

We’re turning the screws right now

We’re not there yet

But at least we’re trying

Not fazed by their opinion

Just tear the fall back plan

And scatter it to winds

‘Cause we’re preparing

For the Rubicon in the path of Gower

If loving you means hating you

Then I refuse x 2

I can feel what’s coming

To know you makes me proud

We do this loud

It’s overrated

We’ll be home when fear has left us

So push the bad thoughts out

Every one weakens us completely

And remember

This is my religion

We open up

Open up

Face the glare from the future

This is my religion

We open up

Open up
